Conferences I Don't Care About Winners
Sub Belt: Louisiana Lafayette, cause their Ragin Cajuns.
CUSA East: Central Florida, Decent team.
CUSA West: UTEP, Carson's Bro.
CUSA Winner: UTEP, Did you know they had a title game, I certainly didnt.
MAC East: Akron, Gotta love the Zips.
MAC West: Northern Illinois, Not nearly as cool as the Salukis.
MAC Winner: Northern Illinois, apparently everyone likes them.
Mountain West: TCU, They dominated last year.
WAC: LaTech, Just learned Terry Bradshaw played there.
Important Conference Winners
ACC Atlantic: FSU, why because it’s the ACC they always have the best record. I don't care who they play they'll win their side of the draw in the ACC almost every year.
ACC Coastal: My favorite part of this conference name is the fact that VaTech is nowhere I repeat nowhere near the coast. Georgia Tech will choke yet again even though they have the biggest weapon in Calvin Johnson. And Miami will have their typical no shows which will allow a unhearlded VaTech team move back into the ACC Title game. Hopefully they've perged their team thuggery, because some of the douchebags they had last year with Vick and Williams made it awfully hard for me to want them to win.
ACC Winner: FSU 13 VaTech 6, ACC games are boring, their defenses are typically ten times better than their offenses so if the over/under of the title game is 30 put your mortgage on the under.
Big East Winner: This is a two horse race and will come down right to the game between the two on their November 2nd matchup. I'll take Louisville's leadership with Brian Brohm and Michael Bush over the youth of West Virginia to revenge their multiple overtime loss last season. Another big reason for my belief that West Virginia will be denied the title is that they play no competetion before the Louisville game while Louisville will be tested to the limits playing Miami early in the season.
Big 10 Winner: As much as this pains me to say I just can't predict a Big 10 season title for Michigan and am going to have to lean towards Ohio St. taking down the title. The Buckeyes youthful defense could easily get nipped in the butt when they play Texas at the beginning of the season but by the final week of the season when they play Michigan at home, they'll be ready. Basically, I don't think Michigan is going to win that game due to recent years struggles against Cheat St. What I wouldn't be surprised if it happens though, is if Ohio St., Michigan and Iowa all split their games, one way or another I'm going with the Buckeyes offense and hoping I jinx them.
Big 12 North: Um, who cares the Big 12 North is so inferior to the South its ludicrous. They're just going to get mauled once again in the championship game. Give it to the Buffalos of Colorodo why because who gives a crap.
Big 12 South: Well, I was going to pick Oklahoma before Rhett Dumbass went and took boatloads of money for working a couple hours a week. Now they are worse off at QB than Texas, and really the Big 12 is the most overrated power conference yet again this year and if Texas doesn't lose to Oklahoma they probably won't lose to anyone. Worst case they lose one game but still take home the title.
Big 12 Title Game: Texas 55 Colorodo 7, when Texas puts in their crippled version of Rudy the Buffs will score a td.
Pac 10 Winner: Lets see you have a bunch of decent teams not great a few top 25 teams and then you have USC who has a top 3 recruiting class every year including the fact that their new QB John David Booty was ranked the #1 QB prospect the year he came out by multiple publications. So their will be no drop off for USC, its just a matter of whether or not they can beat ND in the second to last week of the season at home. Look at their schedule all of their tough games are at the end of their schedule by then Booty should be in a groove and they’ll be running the Choo Choo all over the Pac 9+1.
SEC East: Florida has a brutal 3 game stretch that has them playing the cream of the SEC crop however they are simply better than Tennessee and even though they won't get through their SEC schedule unscathed, they will defeat UT and win the east.
SEC West: Auburn's got a ton of talent and they will battle a skilled LSU squad to take the tougher of the SEC's divisions.
SEC Winner: Auburn 24 Florida 13, Chris Leak will catch up to Florida. This will make Auburn the victors of easily the best conference in college football for the 2006 season.
Heisman Winner
Brady Quinn is the big time preseason favorite and all the hype he's getting now will only improve his status. He's like the preseason poll version of Oklahoma even if he's worse than candidate Auburn because he started so ahead of him on the preseason poll he'll stay there. The only way Quinn does not win is if his team loses 2 games. So that would mean they would need to lose to USC, probable, Michigan, not probable, Penn St., doubtful, or GaTech also doubtful. I see one loss, which will probably keep them out of the title game but will still give Quinn the Heisman even if say a Troy Smith goes undefeated.
BCS Title Game Predicitons
Fiesta Bowl: Texas vs. TCU - TCU runs the table and winds up in the top 12 of the BCS poll thus automatically qualifying for the BCS. Thankfully they will get beat down by the true university in Texas in the Fiesta Bowl, which won't mind having a battle of Texas.
Orange Bowl: Florida St. vs. Louisville - Lousiville gets in after the running of the Big East schedule as FSU comes in off a ACC Championship repeat victory over VaTech. FSU's athletes ovvercome the skilled experience of Brohm and Bush and Bobby B increases his win margin over Joe Pa.
Rose Bowl: Michigan vs. Cal - After losing both of their auto-qualifiers to the National Title game they Rose Bowl will have their pick of the litter. However, I say that they decide to go with the traditional Big 10 Pac 10 format anyway with a two loss Michigan Squad (ND and OSU) and a one loss Cal Squad (USC). The end result will be Lloyd saving his job for a few more seasons by beating an inferior Cal squad.
Sugar Bowl: Auburn vs. Notre Dame - The Sugar Bowl has the first selection this year in addition to getting the SEC Champion so they will most likely go with the meal ticket that is Notre Dame. This will be a battle between Auburn's offense and athleticism versus the mind of Weiss. I'll take the brain of Weiss and the Heisman Trophy Winner Brady Quinn to cap off his illustrious Notre Dame career before he winds up pick numero uno in the 2007 NFL draft.
National Title Game: USC vs. Ohio State - Alright I hate OSU but the fact they play Texas early in the season helps them tremendously. And the dominate Michigan so their toughest game will be Iowa and I think they'll pull through. USC will run through their schedule yet again and will take out ND in the final stages. USC lost a ton of talent I know but every single year they recruit the best kids and have a ton of NFL talent. Therefore I choose John David Booty and the USC Trojans to be National Champs this year. OSU will be the favorite but I can't pick the Buckeyes to win a title.

Comments
Brady Quinn for the Heismann. You are out of your mind. Adrian Peterson is the best (older) college football player. Garrett Wolfe won't get his respect bc he plays for Northern Iowa, Steve Slaton is good, but young, Teddy Ginn Jr. is the best athlete is college football, but again, only a sophomore. Peterson and Troy Smith, that's the race. Quinn will blow it, because ND is the most overrated team in the game today. Being an independent makes me lose respect for them. ND loses 3 games and is forgotten about, except when they make a mockery of the BCS by grabbing the #12 seed, allowing a 3-loss team a BCS berth, horrendous.
Also, cheating is not irrelevant, as Michigan technically never made the final four in the 90s due to Webber getting paid off. So if OSU paid off a ton of player during their Title it should not be recognized.
And don't give me the oh well if you lose to Michigan, you're gonna be annoyed if they lose as I will if Michigan does. If you aren't than you're a mediocre fan.
