Thanks to the glorious production at Pro Football Reference, you can now search through every Super Bowl play ever (somebody was obviously bored). Anyway I put together a little spreadsheet of all the 4th downs attempted in the history of the Super Bowl. Why? Boredom and curiousity. The second tab has a little sum up.
