This is just a fun way to kick a little extra dirt on the 2009 New York Mets. The above chart simply shows you the total homers hit per team in major league baseball this year from highest to lowest. You'll notice that the Yankees lead the way with nearly 250 home runs while the Mets bring up the rear with just 95 runs, a full 27 home runs behind 2nd lowest San Francisco.
