NFL Week 14 Awards

Wow You Guys Suck: The Rams, It's time to trade Steven Jackson. Seriously, let him enjoy a chance to play for a good team that does not start a quarterback named Null. You can get a late first round pick for Jackson. Get it done. Free him from your shackles. Runners Up: the Giants, the Lions.

Cough Cough Cough: Derrick Mason, If the Ravens had beaten the Steelers they would be in the playoffs and they had the opportunity to do so but Derrick Mason let it slip through his fingers. All Mason had to do was catch a wide open touchdown in the back of the endzone and the Ravens win. he did not and now they are forced to beat the "Should Be Playoff Team" Oakland Raiders. Runners Up: The Dolphins should play in the first half too, the Broncos are sinking...sinking away.

The Shocker: New York Giants, The fact that they came out in the last game of Giants Stadium with a chance to make the playoffs and basically got embarrassed is an absolute joke. I don't think any fan base has been as angry with their teams as Giant fans, rightfully so, were on Sunday Night. Runners Up: Brett Favre + December = Bad Results, the Cowboys have a winning record this month.

The Pimp: Randy Moss, Randy Moss had three touchdowns in his "I'm Still Randy Fucking Moss" game. Runners Up: DeAngelo Williams rushed for 200+, Chris Johnson is only one typical game away from 2000.

This Scarecrow Needs a Brain: Bill Polian, You don't want your players to get injured. This we understand. But not going for an undefeated season is insulting to everyone involved in the NFL, especially your Quarterback. Runners Up: Osi Umenyiora should shut his mouth, Adrian Peterson should learn to hold onto the ball.

You Got JAKKED UP: The Meadowlands, One week until your destruction.

My Fantasy MVP: Nobody, Semi-final fail in Week 15 cost me a Grand.

New York Jets MVP: Bill Polian, You sir are a hero and stupid.

Numbers On Steroids: Bret Boone

Numbers on Steroids is a look at baseball players during the 90s to see if anything screams out at you. Mr. Boone was once the best power hitting second baseman in the league. How questionable was his success? Averages Say: Why the extra plateu in his mid 30s? At Bats Per Home Run Says: Lowest at Bats Per Home Runs at 37? Hmm.... Explaining It Away Yeak, this one is tough. Umm, late bloomer? He showed potential power early in his career and he just liked playing in Seattle a lot more than everywhere else? And umm, his career was kind of like a running backs in that it just all of a sudden fell off the map? Any of these convincing you? The Verdict Guy never hits more than 24 home runs in a season and then in his age 32 season he hits 37? And in SafeCo a pitchers park to boot? And he follows that up with 24, 35, 24 homer years still at SafeCo? And then he completely falls off the map in 2005 never to be heard from again? We've got a Screamer... Man Get Big Muscles In 30s. Hm...
